Anthony Joplin
Born and raised in San Diego. Grew up in East County attending Valhalla High School then pursuing a finance degree (with an emphasis in Real Estate) from San Diego State University. Along the way I had coached football for 11 years developing young men into hard working, driven, and focused adults ready to take on the world. I also was involved in Greek life at SDSU, belonging to the Beta Lambda chapter of ZBT. Always looking for new opportunities, I became the sports chair my sophomore year, VP of Finance my junior year, and President of the fraternity Senior year. I wouldn't trade that life experience for anything in the world.
That is actually how I started in Real Estate. I formed an LLC that master leased and sub-let to the fraternity that ended up helping the chapter secure a longer term lease and provide sustainable housing for the following years after the chapter was facing foreclosure in April of 2012. I continue to help contribute to the house and development of young men.
Moving brokerages and creating Investment Realty Homes & Loans has been exciting and incredibly informative. With all of our tools and resources, the vision of success and the next stage in my life is clear and imminent.
